You do not have to have a partner for the couple dance course. Swing dances are so-called social dances, which means that partners at the course, as well as during the dance-hall, rotate and can rotate; therefore, be calm about attending the course on your own. You will not remain alone during the classes.
If you would like to register with a partner, try our FB group for finding a dance partner: Be Swing Partner
As a rule, you can’t, both for capacity reasons, the course being mostly full and, secondly, because you might not be able to keep up with the other dancers. The exception is if the course is at the beginning and we lack followers or leaders. Try asking us.
Dress comfortably, meaning a T-shirt, leggings/tracksuit/shorts. Fabric sneakers are ideal for the feet.
If you want to learn how to dance swing, and you can’t see it in our offer, it’s because swing itself is not a style of dance, but identifies the style of the period; swing dances, offered by B-Swing are the Charleston, Lindy Hop and Boogie Woogie.
You can start with any of the dances offered; it’s only up to you whether you like the classic 1920s Charleston, the Lindy Hop for couples from the 1930s, or the energetic Boogie Woogie typical for the 1950s and more.
Yes, if you say about yourself that you are a hopeless case, we are here for you as well.
